Why Jessica Life Photography?
Jessica Life Photography in Jacksonville, FL specializes in child photography. Our photographer, Jessica is super fun and LOVES to be silly with the students to capture their genuine smiles. Jessica has been doing Preschool photography since 2014. We work very closely with school staff to make a fun little photo session for each child. Because our photos are not prepaid, parents never have to decide how many photos they will purchase before they see the images. We use an easy online ordering system so parents can view their children's photos and place orders at their own convenience, and even have them delivered right to their door!
How does this work?
The process is simple; all aspects of the portrait experience are handled by me, including most parent communication, online viewing, ordering, printing, and payment. After discussing the needs of your school, we will schedule your center's Picture Day! You will be asked to complete an online form with the class and student roster.
On Picture Day, your photographer will arrive at 8 am to set up. The children will be escorted by one of your staff members to the photo location. Children are photographed with their personal QR card individually and with any siblings. Cards are then sent home with each child.
After Picture Day, photos are processed and added into private, password-protected galleries. Parents are sent an email with all information on how to access their child's photos. Portrait orders are delivered directly to the parent's home.
What can you expect?
To ensure a smooth process, be sure your center roster has been uploaded into the Preschool Center Portal. Verify children are fed. We will start off with a short introduction and gauge their reactions. We'll then direct them to the backdrop and move through a series of quick, successive pose requests to make a unique photo session for each child. We will never force a child into a position they are unable or uncomfortable with. Once our session is complete, we thank them for doing a wonderful job and send them back to class.
What happens after Picture Day?
Once every student is photographed, We pack up our backdrop and take the images home to process them. When the photos are ready (within 2 weeks) parents are sent an email with a private link to access their child/children's photo galleries. Orders must be placed within 2 weeks to get free shipping to your center. Any orders placed after 2 weeks will be sent to the parent's homes.
